Shipping & Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days from when your order is placed. We ship all our orders with Royal Mail & Evri. Once we have sent your order, shipping times are between 2-7 working days.

However during the seasonal busy times, orders may take longer.

Sometimes our postage costs may change from time to time, depending on what the standard rate is from the delivery courier. But we do try to keep it as reasonable as possible for our customers.

We also have the option for local pick up. This is from our stockist Serenity Seven Hair & Beauty Salon in Nottingham. If you choose this option, orders are usually ready to be picked up between 24-48 hours. Please make sure you have your confirmation email available to show to one of the members of staff.



You have the right to return your order back to us if you're not fully satisfied. You will need to return your unused wax melt(s) or item(s) within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund YOU MUST return all items in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

We DO NOT cover the cost of returning items, you will be fully responsible for the shipping cost of your return. Proof of postage is necessary.

PLEASE NOTE - sale items are not eligible for refunds. 

If you would like to return your order/items, please email us at explaining why you would like to return your item(s). 



Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, you will be sent an email to confirm this, followed by another email to say if we have approved or rejected your refund.

If you are approved, the money will be refunded to the payment method you used to purchase. 

Please allow between 5 - 10 working days for this to show on your bank statement.
