SHIPPING FROM US TO YOU
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days from when your order is placed. We ship all our orders with Royal Mail.
However during the seasonal busy times and the ongoing strikes, orders may take longer.
Sometimes our postage cost may change from time to time, depending on what the standard rate is from Royal Mail. But we do try to keep it as reasonable as possible.
If you would like an update on your order please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
You have the right to return your order back to us if you're not fully satisfied. You will need to return your unused wax melt(s) or item(s) within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund YOU MUST return all items in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
We DO NOT cover the cost of returning items, you will be fully responsible for the shipping cost of your return. Proof of postage is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE - sale items are not eligible for refunds.
If you would like to return your order/items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you would like to return your item(s).
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, you will be sent an email to confirm this, followed by another email to say if we have approved or rejected your refund.
If you are approved, the money will be refunded to the payment method you used to purchase.
Please allow between 5 - 10 working days for this to show on your bank statement.
